• Areas making use of centralized and / or open Biometric Technologies should display clear signage to that effect

• A51N, if contracted to provide services or manage systems assures that any or all information is kept secure and is only use for the purpose indicated. We will never datamine, sell or provide access to third parties

Purchase & Use of Drones & Related Technologies

• Recreational drones are subject to local rules & regulations
• Canada: Micro Drones / <250g requires license 
• Canada: Professional & Commercial Drones / Requires License
• For Professional & Commercial Drones we require proof of license at point of purchase
• All drone sales are registered related to ownership (ID required)

Wholesale Purchases

• A51N Technologies also has a wholesale program available for resellers
• Wholesale buyers need to be official licensed business entities

• If subject to a specific warrant or court order A51n may provide law enforcement with certain information related to the purchaser(s) of controlled products such as Biometric Technologies & Drones. This means, we will only provide information related to the ownership of various technologies if we are officially requested by law enforcement 
• A51N does not and will not store any private information related to a clients use of our products, systems or services. This means we do not have private information related to our clients subjects or users. If law enforcement requires access this is between our clients & law enforcement agencies directly.
• Standalone products such as biometric standlone doorlocks & other standalone products are not subject to the above.
